Hilary Duggan - Director
My passion is working with and developing leaders and leadership teams to deliver positive, sustainable, impactful organisational change and develop change-agility through their teams and organisations.
I always knew I wanted my work to focus on people, and I started my career working in HR, before I took a few years to challenge myself teaching English abroad and then to newly settled refugees in the UK. It was this experience that made me realise my real passion lay in helping people navigate change and supporting them to realise their potential, so I moved into Learning and Organisational Development and never looked back. I went on to be a senior leader of large national and international OD and change teams, before taking the leap to set up my own leadership, change and OD practice.
Now I work as a facilitator, coach and consultant with clients in the UK and globally and across the public, private and not-for profit sectors. I work with my clients through:
