I left the corporate world when I was fed up of delivering everyone else’s dreams and wanted to fulfil my own.    

 

Having spent over 20 years in business, 11 of which I spent in management consulting, I noticed the part I enjoyed most was nurturing and developing others. Besides, I was taught from a very early age to have a healthy disrespect of authority and being told what to do.   

 

So, to shouts of ‘how brave’ I left my well-paid, successful role as a partner in a consulting firm and started working as an executive coach, team facilitator and leadership consultant.  That was over 12 years ago.  

 

Now I work as a fully qualified executive coach and team facilitator working with a wide range of clients from emerging leaders through to board level.  I love to work with people for whom professional competence matters, with very high standards who want to be as excellent at leading others as they are in their professional field.  

 

 My clients include university professors, entrepreneurs, business leaders, senior associates and partners in law and consultancy firms, elite sportsmen and women and those recognised for their public service through the Queen’s Honour system.   I enjoy working in a wide range of sectors, from growing tech companies through to professional services firms. 

 

Underpinning all of my work is the desire to help others understand themselves more clearly.  

 

I am qualified to administer a wide range of psychometric tools and have a certificate in psychotherapy and am part way through a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling. I am currently researching the topic of self-confidence and am always investing in learning and developing myself.    

 

I have a degree from Cambridge University in Natural Science. I was elected to partnership in a major consulting firm, I have started my own business and I have served as a non-executive director on a couple of boards.
